A New Year’s Resolution: Staying Committed to Having and Keeping the Best Employees in the Residential Cleaning Business

2015 was another great year for Triangle Green Cleaning. As we continued to grow our company and expand our service area last year, there was one thing that remained steady—our incredible staff. The feedback we consistently get from our customers is that nothing compares to having the same people, week after week, month after month, year after year, coming back as invited guests to clean their homes. Our cleaners get to know their customer families, see them go through life events, and become trusted regulars in their homes.

We are thankful for our dedicated staff and made several changes last year to help retain them and keep our strong workforce together. We began offering paid time off to all employees as well as parental leave for both mothers and fathers. In addition, we began guaranteeing raises based on tenure, in addition to raises already in place for performance. All of these benefits show our employees that Triangle Green Cleaning is committed to them and helping them balance their work life and family lives. We have the best cleaning staff in the Triangle and want to keep it that way.

The beginning of a new year is the perfect time to make a commitment to keeping our employees happy so that we can maintain a strong workforce and continue providing excellent service to our customers. It’s a win for the company, a win for the employees, and a win for the customers. This year, we plan to also increase wages for our employees and continue to build on the new benefits from 2015.
