Triangle Green Cleaning Featured on ABC11, HGTV’s Love It or List It

Our team at Triangle Green Cleaning has made some special appearances on the small screen recently. We are always happy to spread the word about the importance of green cleaning—it’s good for the planet and great for health and wellness—but these recent opportunities have showcased some different aspects of our company.

ABC11: Cleaning for a Reason

Local Raleigh-Durham news outlet ABC11 recently featured a story on our years-long participation with Cleaning for a Reason. Most of us know someone who has fought cancer and have seen how easily routine daily tasks can turn into challenges while undergoing treatment. Cleaning for a Reason is a non-profit that partners with cleaning services throughout North America to provide free housecleaning services to women undergoing treatment for any type of cancer. Triangle Green Cleaning is proud to be one of those partners and serves, on average, two to three families at any given time.

Because so many of our cleaners are women, this partnership holds a special place in our hearts. Owner Joe McCutcheon has observed that our employees feel honored to go into these homes and provide this much-needed and much-appreciated work. “The women of Triangle Green Cleaning put their hearts and souls into this work. They work hard for every customer, but with these endeavors there’s that little extra spark of motivation, as they know they are part of something much larger than this company and its work,” he said.

And the employees echo that sentiment. “I am honored that Triangle Green Cleaning has given me the opportunity to help women suffering from cancer,” said Rosa. “The women and their families thank us so much when we come in to help. Just knowing we make things easier for them while they get treated makes me feel good for the rest of my day.”
