How to Use This Guide

This guide provides a practical overview of how our service works and what to expect as a client. We recommend starting here for the most important information. Additional details and full policy language are available in our Client Terms & Policies.

What to Expect on Your Cleaning Day

  • Flexible arrival starting at 8:00 AM
  • SMS text notification 15–30 minutes before arrival
  • Our goal is to complete service by 5:00 PM
  • Weather, traffic, and prior jobs may impact arrival times

Scheduling, Changes & Cancellations

  • 96-hour notice required for Monday appointments
  • 48-hour notice required for Tuesday–Friday appointments
  • Full charges may apply if sufficient notice is not provided
  • Emergency situations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis

Access, Pets & Safety

  • Access to the home is required if no one is present
  • Pets are welcome with clear instructions provided in advance
  • Dangerous or restricted items must be secured
  • Unsafe conditions may result in charges without cleaning

Payment & Pricing Basics

  • A credit or debit card is required to secure all cleanings
  • Cards are charged the next business day after service is completed
  • Pricing may change due to:
    • Home size
    • Cleaning frequency
    • Time between cleanings
    • Added or special services

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a satisfaction guarantee in the form of a re-clean of specific areas that did not meet expectations. Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original cleaning. Monetary refunds are not provided.

    • Common areas
    • Bedrooms
  • We do not clean:
    • Exterior areas
    • Hazardous or biohazard materials
    • High or unsafe areas
    • Specialty services such as carpet cleaning or refinishing

Optional Add-On Services

  • Interior appliances (oven, refrigerator, freezer)
  • Interior windows
  • Cabinet interiors
  • Laundry folding
  • Additional beds
