What is included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?
Move-in and move-out cleans follow the same defined scope as our deep cleans: everything in a standard clean plus damp wiping, including baseboards and blinds. Whether you’re handing over a home or settling into a new one, we clean it room by room. Inside the oven, refrigerator, and cabinets are not included in move-in or move-out cleans.
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, showers, toilets, mirrors, and floors
- Damp wipe baseboards, shelves, window sills, doors, and door frames (where possible), and dust furniture
- Clean kitchens, including counters, appliance exteriors, and sink
- Vacuum and mop floors in all accessible areas

When Should I Schedule a Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?

Timing depends on the size and condition of the home. Most standard cleans take 1.5 to 3 hours. Move-in and move-out cleans include damp wiping and usually take longer.
No, you don’t have to be completely moved out. We’ll do our best given the circumstances. Just keep in mind that the more access we have to floors and surfaces, the more thorough the cleaning can be. If there are still some belongings left behind, we’ll work around them as best we can.
